Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Field Manager to join our PM/CM team in New Jersey/Philadelphia. You will represent the owner on complex capital programs for K-12 facilities, driving scope, schedule and budget while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

You’ll lead field activities through planning, design, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring quality and schedule adherence for education clients. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of project management experience supporting K-12, higher education or academic facilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing capital projects valued at $50 million or greater.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite; Kahua experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner’s representative and field manager from planning through occupancy and closeout.
• Manage field staff, schedules, budgets, and project scope to meet objectives.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across phases of programming, planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and monitor field reports; review change orders and invoicing as applicable.
• Facilitate meetings with project teams to advance progress and resolve issues.
