Job summary

STV is seeking an experienced Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing Manager (MEP) to join our PM/CM team in the New Jersey/Philadelphia area. The role emphasizes acting as the owner's representative on complex capital improvement programs for K-12 projects, guiding MEP scope, budget, and schedule.

Reporting to STV Senior Project Manager or Project Executive, you will oversee field construction activities, drive risk management, and ensure high-quality outcomes for education clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience supporting K-12, higher education, or academic facilities.
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $50 million or greater.
• Ability to manage multiple on-site activities and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve STV authorized representative for K-12 capital projects from planning through occupancy and closeout.
• Manage MEP field activities and drive project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Develop and monitor field reports; establish schedules and milestones; facilitate meetings with the project team.
• Evaluate risks, develop mitigation strategies, review change orders and invoices.
