Job summary

STV seeks an experienced Field Manager to join our PM/CM team in New Jersey/Philadelphia. You will act as an owner’s representative, guiding K-12 capital projects from planning through occupancy, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure scope, schedule and budget adherence.

With 10+ years in PM for educational facilities and a track record of managing high-value ventures, you will lead field activities, develop reports, and mitigate risks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in project management for K-12, higher education, or academic facilities.
• Experience managing capital projects valued at $50M+.
• Ability to lead on-site activities across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as owner's representative for K-12 capital projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage field staff and project activities to meet scope and schedule.
• Oversee programming, budgeting, planning, design, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and monitor field reports and milestone schedules.
• Chair meetings and drive project momentum with PM.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Review change orders and pay applications for alignment with work.
