Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced Field Manager to join our PM/CM team in the New Jersey/Philadelphia area. You will act as an owner's representative for K-12 capital projects, guiding field construction from planning through closeout and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to meet scope, budget, schedule and quality goals.

You’ll manage field staff, oversee all project phases, develop field reports, and lead meetings to drive momentum while mitigating risks and administering change

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience supporting K-12, higher education, or academic facilities.
• Capital projects valued at $50 million or greater.
• Ability to manage multiple on-site activities.
• Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Kahua a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as STV authorized representative for K-12 capital projects from planning through occupancy and closeout.
• Manage field staff and activities.
• Involve in all project phases: programming, budgeting, planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, activation, move management, closeout.
• Develop and monitor field reports.
• Establish and monitor project schedules and milestone deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings with the project team to move projects forward.
• Evaluate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues impacting construction.
• Review and negotiate change orders and contractor pay applications.
