Qualifications

• Requires Professional Architecture License and 5+ years of architectural experience.
• Ability to lead project-wide architecture and coordinate teams.
• Experience supporting project controls and Construction Administration.
• Proficient in Revit, MOS, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Provide project-wide design and technical leadership.
• Serve as Professional of Record on projects of various scales.
• Apply professional judgment to guide project execution.
• Partner with Project Managers on scope, budget, schedule, and labor plans.
• Translate project scope into coordinated deliverables and documentation strategies.
• Prepare, review, and oversee drawings, specifications, and other technical documentation
• Lead Construction Administration and resolve design-related issues
• Lead interfaces with clients, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors on design and technical aspects
• Implement and oversee quality control, risk management, and project delivery standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
