Boutique Recruiting seeks an experienced Architectural Staff III / Designer III to work on California K-12 educational projects. Support Project Architects on large-scale efforts, manage smaller assignments, and gain client-facing experience in a mentorship-driven firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 8+ years of architectural experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working on California K-12 projects.
• Strong proficiency in Revit.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Experience producing construction documents and coordinating project deliverables.
• Portfolio required with application.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Architects through all phases of K-12 educational projects
• Produce construction documents and technical drawings using Revit
• Independently manage smaller projects with straightforward scopes
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal project teams
• Participate in client meetings, design discussions, and project progress meetings
• Ensure projects comply with California building codes and educational facility requirements
• Maintain accurate project documentation while meeting established schedules and quality standards
