Job summary

O’Connell Robertson in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Project Manager with extensive leadership, direction, and design coordination experience for K12 and related projects. The role emphasizes client relationships, team leadership, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions.

The candidate should have 8+ years in architecture, a degree in Architecture, and ideally Texas registration. Healthcare/Commercial experience is a plus, with knowledge of Revit, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Office Suite

Qualifications

8+ years of professional architectural experience.
4+ years of experience in K12 Education design.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
Registered Architect in Texas is preferred.
Experience with educational projects is a plus.
Knowledge of sustainability standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain effective verbal, graphic, and written communication with clients that support positive, long-term relationships.
Plan, direct and supervise the architectural team members and coordinate consultant responsibilities of studies, design or construction documents of various scale projects.
Interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the development of individual or multiple projects, maintaining oversight to achieve goals of the firm.
Assist in the creation and continued development of design concepts through all phases of design.
