Job summary

WRA Architects, a Texas- and Oklahoma-based firm, is seeking a Project Manager to lead design teams through all phases from planning to construction administration. The role emphasizes delivering PreK-12 and higher education facilities with strong client communication.

The ideal candidate has NAAB-accredited architecture credentials, 5+ years leadership, and registration in the U.S. TX/OK preferred. Expect an engaging, collaborative work culture with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• NAAB-accredited Bachelor or Master in Architecture.
• Registered Architect in U.S. (TX/OK preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in architecture with leadership/management.
• Experience in PreK-12, Higher Ed, or municipal facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team through all design phases: planning, SD, DD, CDs, bidding, CA.
• Coordinate consultants (MEP, structural, civil, etc.).
• Maintain clear client communication throughout project lifecycle.
• Oversee construction to ensure plans and specs are followed.
• Help manage project costs and stay within budget.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Develop contracts for subcontractors and present publicly when needed.
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with best practices.
