Job summary

Dublin City Schools Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO) in Columbus, OH is seeking a proactive Coordinator of Technology Services to lead the IT operations team, establish standards, and drive technology initiatives district-wide.

The role focuses on design, deployment, and maintenance of IT software/hardware, coordinating with academic leadership to align with district objectives and ensuring high uptime and data security across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field or equivalent work experience; business experience a plus.
• 5+ years leading design and support of enterprise-level IT infrastructures.
• Experience in managing help desk and application support functions.
• Experience in K-12 and/or not-for-profit sector desirable.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy management and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains network infrastructure and oversees IT customer service to drive technology services, security and data privacy.
• Leads and manages IT customer service operations, systems administration, network operations, and physical infrastructure.
• Ensures district-wide network systems are implemented, monitored and supported for maximum availability and reliability.
• Collaborates to improve service delivery processes including change/configuration management, outage notifications, incident reporting and root-cause analysis.
• Manages deployment processes to ensure secure, consistent production builds.
• Hires, trains and mentors staff towards excellence as technical professionals and collaborators.
• Identifies and evaluates new technologies to serve students and staff.
• Establishes a culture of outstanding customer service and uptime.
• Oversees security, budget management, vendor management and compliance.
