Job summary

Dublin City Schools in Dublin, OH seeks a Computer Technician to maintain and optimize our technology infrastructure, devices, and asset inventory, delivering proactive, user‑focused support for staff and students. You should have an associate degree in IT or equivalent, extensive IT support experience, and familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Chromebooks/iPads, and MDM.

You will diagnose, repair, and deploy hardware and software while upholding district cybersecurity and privacy

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 35 years of IT support experience.
• Experience in K-12 or higher education preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Participates in all phases of technological equipment repair services.
• Support the operation and maintenance of the district's network infrastructure (VoIP, AV/video conferencing, wired and wireless).
• Collaborate with educators and staff to provide technical support for district data systems and cloud resources.
• Maintain inventory records for all district technology assets and track device lifecycles and warranties.
