Job summary

Questeq, a technology partner for K-12 schools, is seeking an experienced Information Technology Coordinator for Lower Dauphin School District in Hummelstown, PA. You will be the primary interface between Questeq and the district, overseeing daily IT operations and ensuring reliable technology delivery.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to network support, asset management, and educational technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Industry certifications preferred.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication Skills.
• Associates degree in IT technology related field.
• Solid technical background.
• Experience with leadership & vision.
• Experience with strategic planning - would be awesome.
• Experience with team building a plus.
• Experience with IT Management - preferred.
• Familiarity with communication and business systems management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees onsite day-to-day IT support and network operations.
• Improves network, desktop hardware and software processes and supports educational strategies.
• Works with Questeq and the school's administrative team to achieve IT goals.
• Manages and tracks call ticket queue, ticket documentation and time-to-close metrics.
• Analyzes ticket information and identify productivity improvements.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate ticket causes.
• Identify opportunities for remote resolution.
• Works with Questeq administrative staff within Front Line and Infrastructure Services departments.
• Supervises the system-wide inventory of IT technology assets as defined between the educational organization and Questeq.
• Aids Questeq by identifying technology infrastructure current and future needs.
• Assists with recommending technology improvements.
• Criminal background checks required.
