Job summary

Questeq is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join Leechburg Area School District. You will be the primary interface between Questeq and the educational institution and manage the overall IT delivery model.

Responsibilities include overseeing onsite day-to-day technical support and network operations, improving processes, coordinating with school staff to meet IT goals, and tracking performance metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; industry certifications preferred.
• Strong technical background with IT management experience.
• Experience in leadership, strategic planning and staff development.
• Ability to set clear performance expectations and drive improvement.
• Familiarity with school IT environments and educational technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversees onsite day-to-day technical support and network operations.
• Improves desktop/hardware/software processes to support education goals.
• Collaborates with school leadership to meet IT objectives and budget.
• Prioritizes work for on-site staff to align with engineer skills.
• Monitors ticket queues, documentation, and time-to-close metrics.
• Identifies opportunities for remote resolution and process improvements.
