Questeq Inc. is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager for Leechburg Area School District. You will be the primary liaison between Questeq and the school, overseeing IT delivery and the on-site support model.

The role requires leading a team, managing network operations, and aligning IT initiatives with educational goals. Strong background in IT management, leadership, and strategic planning is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; industry certifications preferred.
• Extensive information technology management experience.
• Experience with leadership, vision, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite day-to-day technical support and network operations.
• Improve network, desktop hardware and software processes to support educational strategies.
• Collaborate with school administrators to achieve IT goals for the district and Questeq.
• Prioritize work for on-site staff to match engineer skills and cost efficiency.
• Manage and track ticket queues, documentation, and time-to-close metrics.
• Identify opportunities to reduce tickets and enable remote resolution.
• Supervise inventory of technology assets across the district and Questeq.
• Communicate with Sales/Director on issues or opportunities and follow ETM guidelines.
