Job summary

Inspiroz is seeking a driven School Technology Specialist to join our on-site IT support team in Washington DC and Baltimore. The STS will support the day-to-day technology needs across Inspiroz’ charter school portfolio, working under a Service Delivery Manager and coordinating with remote support teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, hands-on analysis, and proactive communication to ensure smooth technology operations in educational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or equivalent certifications.
• 1–2 years of Tier 1–2 technical support experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows, Mac, Active Directory, networking concepts, and hardware installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technical support and issue resolution.
• Manage on-site installs, repairs, and peripheral maintenance.
• Troubleshoot to identify root causes and support projects with remote teams.
• Act as liaison between on-site operations and remote IT team (India).
• Communicate issues clearly to remote team and document details.
• Track time in ConnectWise Manage and update tickets daily.
• Follow ticket workflows and prepare for next-day review.
