Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2–3 years in a K-12 setting preferred.
• Commit to 35–40 hours per week.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to manage multiple clients.
• Experience with neurodivergent students and in Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors in K-12 schools.
• Monitor program implementation and instructor progress.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with school and district policies.
• Coordinate with Instructor Quality Specialists on coaching cycles.
