Job summary

Unlimited Instruction LLC seeks an Instructor Support Specialist to serve as the main contact for UI instructors in K-12 schools, providing guidance and resources to enhance teaching across grade levels.

You will manage a caseload of schools, monitor program implementation, and coordinate with instructional coaches to ensure high-quality instruction and smooth transitions for instructors into assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Commit to working 35–40 hours each week.
• Experience in a K-12 educational setting OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with neurodivergent students or in Special Education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors, addressing logistical questions and needs.
• Support a caseload of K-12 schools as part of the UI team.
• Monitor instructor attendance, assignment changes, and progress.
• Complete weekly classroom walkthroughs to assess instructional quality.
• Provide daily support to instructors to align with school goals and strategies.
• Track and approve instructor timecard submissions and PAFs.
• Ensure instructors are set up for success with materials and access.
• Mentor instructors and coordinate with instructional coaches.
• Maintain open communication with instructors to clarify responsibilities and expectations.
• Collaborate with Instructor Quality Specialists to implement coaching cycles.
