Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructor Support Specialist to serve as the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors, supporting classrooms across K-12 settings. The role involves guiding instructional delivery, coordinating with schools, and ensuring compliance and quality in program implementation.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree, have 2–3 years in a K-12 setting, and demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills to support instructors and school

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in a K-12 educational setting or equivalent.
• Willing to work 35–40 hours per week.
• Strong communication and instructional knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for UI instructors.
• Support K-12 schools/districts as part of UI team.
• Monitor program implementation, attendance, and instructor progress.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing professional development for instructors.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and alignment with school/district policies.
