Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC is seeking an Instructional Quality & Support Specialist to coach and support K-12 instructors in partner schools. You will lead instructional coaching, observe classrooms, and drive improvement in pedagogy and program implementation.

You will oversee day-to-day instructor support, monitor attendance and progress, and provide training to ensure high-quality teaching and student outcomes. This role emphasizes collaboration and data-informed instruction.

Qualifications

• K–12 teaching license required.
• Minimum of 5 years K–12 classroom experience.
• Minimum 2 years instructional leadership or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formal and informal classroom observations of instructors.
• Provide actionable instructional feedback on pedagogy, classroom management, and delivery.
• Develop and implement instructional coaching plans.
• Serve as the primary pedagogical resource and instructional coach.
• Provide real-time instructional guidance and problem-solving support.
• Collaborate to implement coaching cycles and support continuous improvement.
