Job summary

Unlimited Instruction, LLC seeks an Instructor Support Specialist to be the main on-site contact for UI instructors in K-12 schools. You will provide guidance, resources, and coaching to ensure effective teaching across grades and content areas, aligning with district goals.

You will work to onboard instructors, monitor program delivery and performance, and collaborate with specialists to sustain high-quality instruction and positive school relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 35–40 hours per week during the school year.
• 2–3 years of experience in a K-12 educational setting or equivalent.
• Supervisory, project management and client management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for UI instructors in schools.
• Monitor instructor attendance, assignments and progress.
• Coordinate with Instructor Quality Specialists for coaching.
• Facilitate onboarding and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and UI requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with school administrators and staff.
