Job summary

Onflo is seeking an Implementation Engineer to own end-to-end K-12 technology deployments from kickoff through go-live and handoff to Account Management. You’ll work with district IT teams, handling SSO, SIS/ERP, MDM, and ticketing integrations and you’ll troubleshoot in logs rather than escalating to engineering.

You’ll collaborate with district stakeholders, deliver training, and ensure clean handoffs that set up renewals and expansions, while keeping districts aligned and supported throughout

Qualifications

• 3+ years in K-12 district IT or client-facing SaaS implementation with hands-on deployments.
• Hands-on depth in SSO/rostering, SIS/ERP, MDM, or ticketing/asset management.
• 1+ year working with K-12 tech systems including data integrity.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics with a district IT director.
• Curious about learning new platforms by exploring.
• Experience as Salesforce user and using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end implementation lifecycle — kickoff, configuration, integration, training, go-live, and handoff.
• Hands-on technical work across SSO, SIS/ERP, MDM, and ticketing — partnering with district IT departments.
• Diagnostic troubleshooting across the platform, integration layer, and client environment.
• Training delivery across stakeholder types, from end users to executive sponsors.
• A clean, documented handoff that enables renewal and expansion from day one.
