Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with experience in teacher licensure requirements.
• Knowledge of instructional recruiting, certification and recertification methods.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in writing and orally.

Responsabilités

• Maintain database of resignations, retirements, and vacancies to monitor positions.
• Review credentials for hire and ensure documentation.
• Determine contract status and salary placement.
• Prepare payroll documentation and coordinate with payroll.
• Serve as licensure specialist and instruct staff in the licensure system.
• Maintain the HR department budget.
