Learning Without Tears in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead a strategic growth marketing program. You will own multi-channel campaigns, partner with Sales, Product, and Support, and drive pipeline, revenue, and growth with a hands-on leadership style.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, leadership presence, and deep understanding of the PreK-12 market to craft data-driven, scalable programs across national and regional initiatives.

Formación

• BA or BS in marketing, education, or related fields or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years in marketing with 3+ years in growth, performance, or demand generation.
• Experience in PreK-12 education, preference for early literacy/ELA/writing or Pre-K.
• Deep understanding of paid acquisition channels.
• Experience using insights to build compelling campaigns and programs.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with internal and external partners.
• Proven leadership presence and exceptional communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned to targets and key markets.
• Own the campaign roadmap for national, regional, and account-based marketing initiatives.
• Lead multi-channel acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies for B2B and B2C.
• Refine content assets and SEO/AEO goals with the Web and Marketing Automation teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Revenue to align campaign and sales strategies.
• Drive a culture of experimentation and data-driven optimization.
