• Maintains printers and copiers; orders supplies and schedules repairs.
• Maintains building-wide hardware inventory.
• Ensures licensed, authorized software only is installed on district computers.
• Sets up, installs, troubleshoots, and configures computers, printers, and related equipment.
• Provides technology training and user support.
• Gives feedback to improve technology support services.
• Supports all positions in the Technology Department.
