Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot district-wide technology failures and provide help desk support.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, procedures, and report violations.
• Maintain printers/copiers: availability, supplies, and repairs scheduling.
• Maintain building-wide hardware inventory.
• Ensure only licensed software is installed on district computers.
• Set up, install, troubleshoot, and configure computers, printers, and equipment.
• Provide technology training and user support to staff and students.
• Provide feedback to improve technology support services.
• Support all positions in the Technology Department.
