Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical support.
• 3–5 years of effective communication skills.
• 3–5 years of troubleshooting hardware/software (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot district-wide technology failures and provide help desk support.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and background checks.
• Maintain printers/copiers and schedule repairs.
• Maintain hardware inventory and ensure licensed software across District devices.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and related equipment.
• Provide technology training and end-user support.
• Offer feedback to improve technology services.
• Support all Technology Department functions.
