Job summary

Hand2mind in the US Midwest is seeking an Educational Sales Consultant to grow our Central Region, covering Illinois and Wisconsin, by delivering hands-on learning solutions to schools.

You will build trusted partner relationships, conduct solution-selling calls, and collaborate with colleagues to expand the customer base.

Preferred candidates have a college degree, classroom teaching or admin experience, and a sales mindset ready to own a territory with incentive-based earnings.

Qualifications

• College Degree required.
• Elementary classroom teaching or administrative experience is very helpful.
• Sales experience would be helpful – but willing to hire a teacher/administrator seeking a new experience.
• An individual with a positive mental “can do” attitude and style.
• A collaborative, self-starter with a “sales hunter” mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy solution selling to prospect new business and acquire customers across the territory.
• Acquire and maintain trusted partner relationships in key accounts to grow revenue.
• Team sell with regional consultants, per diem staff, Marketing and Product Development as needed.
• Execute sales awareness events to boost brand and generate leads.
• Use the CRM platform to track contacts, calls, opportunities, and sales activity.
