The ideal candidate will have a college degree, strong prospecting skills, and a collaborative, self‑starter mindset. This role offers a salary range of $85,000–$103,000 plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• College Degree required.
• Elementary classroom teaching or administrative experience is very helpful.
• Sales experience would be helpful—but willing to hire a teacher/administrator seeking a new experience.
• Positive mental “can do” attitude and style.
• Collaborative, self-starter with a “sales hunter” mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deploy solution selling skills to prospect new business and close sales.
• Acquire and maintain trusted partner relationships in key accounts.
• Team sell with Regional Full-Time Consultants and others as needed.
• Execute sales awareness events to generate leads in the territory.
• Use CRM tools to manage contacts, calls, opportunities, and sales pipeline.
