The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a track record in owner’s representation with public-sector projects. On-site work with potential changes in client needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design professionals, contractors, and administrators to meet contract specifications and codes.
• Manage budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for projects from planning through closeout.
• Interface with client and consultants at all stages.
• Produce detailed project plans and action plans to meet objectives and budgets.
• Monitor performance and track progress against goals and approvals.
• Oversee change control, change orders, and risk mitigation actions.
• Ensure data integrity and timely project documentation.
