Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative Senior Project Manager to lead public-sector projects, including K-12 and municipal facilities. The role covers budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk management across design, construction and closeout phases.

The ideal candidate will have a decade of project management experience, strong client-facing communication, and proven capability to mentor teams while driving project objectives to successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• CCM / PMP / PgMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing stakeholders and leading teams on public-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple projects.
• Interface with the client and consultants at all project stages.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor performance against plan.
• Lead and mentor team members, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee governance, reporting and change control processes.
• Identify opportunities for business development with existing and new clients.
