Chartwells K12 is seeking an Assistant Director of Dining Services II to lead day-to-day operations of a K-12 School account. You will oversee a team of associates, ensure high-quality food, nurture client relationships, and drive profitability across your area.

In this role you will collaborate with the Chef and management to craft nutritious menus, train staff, and implement innovative dining programs while maintaining exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in food service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and liaise with clients.
• Financial acumen to support profitability and operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chef and management to craft nutritious, high-quality offerings.
• Implement culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams to keep offerings fresh.
