Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and preferred related degree.
• ABA knowledge and crisis management training are desirable.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Provide guidance to staff on behavior management systems.
• De-escalate crises using approved techniques.
• Maintain confidential SBS and BIP documentation.
