Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support students with intensive behavioral needs in diverse settings.
• Monitor and document behavioral incidents and progress.
• Assist with behavior support plans and de-escalation techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and communicate with parents.
• Maintain safety and respond to crises as needed.
• Support inclusion and social-emotional development.
• Assist with mobility as required and basic lifting tasks.
• Use PBIS/CASE frameworks in daily practice.
• Participate in post-incident debriefings with staff.
• Provide consistent, respectful support across sites.
