Job summary

Doral Leadership is seeking a K-12 School Behavior Specialist to work with students, teachers, and administrators to promote positive behavior and create supportive learning environments.

The role involves observation, data collection, implementing BIPs, conducting FBAs, and collaborating with counselors to design effective interventions.

You will train staff in PBIS, engage families, and monitor progress to help every student succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Experience with children/adolescents in educational settings
• Knowledge of ABA preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with PBIS and legal requirements for student behavior interventions
• Patience, empathy and understanding of learning differences
