You will collaborate with school staff, teachers, and leaders to support students with intensive behavioral needs and to provide customized behavior support using SESI's CASE PBIS framework. Responsibilities include monitoring students, developing behavior support plans, recording progress, and communicating with families, while maintaining de-escalation and safety procedures in a

Qualifications

• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings.
• Emotional consistency and resilience in stressful situations.
• Ability to adapt to a variety of student needs and environments.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students from varying backgrounds.
• Provide monitoring and support throughout the school site.
• Support the creation and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Record, track, and document behavioral incidents and progress toward goals.
• Utilize PBIS strategies and site incentive programs.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis management if necessary.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and develop social-behavioral skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to differentiate support.
• Participate in debriefings after challenging situations.
• Facilitate communication with parents.
