Point Quest in Aurora, CO seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-year role serving K–12 students. The position offers an hourly pay range up to $68 and runs for the 2026–2027 school year.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, collaborate with school teams and families, monitor progress, and coach staff on evidence-based strategies; benefits include liability insurance and healthcare options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Active CDE certification or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while partnering with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
