Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an ASD elementary classroom in Colorado, serving students from 1st to 5th grade at a single school site.

This in-person contract runs through the end of May, offering a 37.5-hour work week and immediate start. As the BCBA lead for the classroom, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop support plans, coach staff, and mentor a paraprofessional toward licensure.

Qualifications

• Current, active BCBA certification required.
• Experience supporting students diagnosed with ASD and managing challenging behaviors.
• Ability to provide hands-on, physical support and engage in co-regulation strategies.
• Comfortable with diapering and hygiene care as part of the daily routine.
• Skillful collaborator, able to mentor and train a paraprofessional interested in growing into a teaching role.
• Strong commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive classrooms.
• Must be able to complete district background check and fingerprinting promptly.
