Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students across multiple Colorado school campuses in a full-time, on-site contract role.

You'll provide expert guidance to staff, conduct FBAs, oversee BIPs, and supervise two RBTs while coaching and training school personnel to strengthen behavioral and autism programs.

Compensation ranges from $40.00 to $60.00 per hour, with healthcare benefits, housing support, and meal/incidentals; 60-day posting window.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and a current Colorado license.
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential in hand.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing/overseeing BIPs.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs.
• Comfort working with both behavior and autism programs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse educational teams.
• Commitment to providing onsite, in-person support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and collaborate across multiple school sites, K-12.
• Support district staff in managing and enhancing behavior and autism programs.
• Provide expert consultation on behavioral strategies, interventions, and best practices.
• Conduct FBAs and ensure quality, individualized BIPs.
• Supervise and guide two RBTs to ensure effective intervention implementation.
• Deliver hands‑on coaching, training, and professional development to school personnel.
