Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students in Aurora, CO. This full-time, school-year role collaborates with school teams to design and implement effective behavior plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• CDE certification active or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings is preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special and general education teams and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
