Job summary

HealthPRO Pediatrics in Lakewood, WA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, school-based role. The position offers a stable school schedule, W-2 employment, and competitive hourly compensation.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k). You will conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, train families, and collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support students with autism and other behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and WA licensure (or eligibility).
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback
• Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments — Complete FBAs in accordance with Washington State school and clinical guidelines.
• Develop Behavior Intervention Plans — Create evidence‑based BIPs aligned with student IEPs or client treatment goals.
