Job summary

Ampersand Therapy LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in Windsor, Colorado. This on-site, full-time role runs from September 2026 through January 2027, delivering behavioral assessments and intervention planning within a collaborative school team.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, train staff, and monitor progress while coordinating with educators, related services, and families to promote positive learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active CDE certification, or willingness to obtain ASAP.
• Experience providing behavior support in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Provide consultation and behavioral support to students, teachers, and staff.
• Collaborate with special education teams, general education teachers, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support implementation of evidence-based behavioral strategies across school settings.
• Provide training and coaching to staff supporting students with behavioral needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring.
