Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in juvenile justice.
• Professional license or license-eligible (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Must be capable of traveling locally and meeting with clients and partners.
• Must be trained and certified in HWC and CPR.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversight of JJDR, CTT and TRP Detention Programs; review progress with staff; monitor productivity and training requirements.
• Provide program oversight; manage referrals; attend meetings with DCS, Juvenile Courts, Schools, and partners; provide monthly reports.
• Handle administrative tasks; complete monthly/quarterly reports; ensure EMR/Quest documentation compliance.
• Pursue 40 hours of professional development annually; attend TJCSA conferences; complete HRMC trainings as required.
