Qualifications

• Three years of related work experience, at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience working with adolescents and in alcohol/drug field preferred.
• Master's Degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Must have a clinical license to practice therapy in Tennessee.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities for residential A&D services.
• Co-facilitate or cover groups and activities as needed.
• Serve as Educational Liaison with schools per interdepartmental agreement.
• Maintain a small therapy caseload as needed.
• Provide direct supervision for Team Leaders and counselors.
• Manage daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Respond to crisis and ensure incident reports are filed within 24 hours.
