Job summary

Hill Country Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Centers seeks a Care Coordinator for the Jail-Based Competency Restoration (JBCR) program. You will assist with daily curriculum, case management, and interaction with individuals enrolled in JBCR, while coordinating with jail and court staff.

You will provide forensic instructional programming, document progress, monitor competency restoration, and support discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social, behavioral, or human services with QMHP-CS eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily curriculum and group therapy.
• Provide case management and coordinate discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with court staff.
