Family Pride of Northeast Ohio, Inc. is seeking a Criminal Justice Program Coordinator to oversee trauma-informed, evidence-based programs benefiting justice-involved individuals and families across Northeast Ohio.

Under the Clinical Director, you will coordinate with courts, law enforcement, treatment providers, and community partners to promote reintegration and reduce recidivism. The role emphasizes client-centered service delivery, supervision of staff, data-driven evaluation, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• Ability to assess needs and tailor services.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use, and risk factors.
• Proficiency with EHR, office apps, and data management.
• Strong verbal and written communication across diverse settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee trauma-informed, evidence-based programs to reduce recidivism.
• Engage courts, jails, detention facilities, and community partners to coordinate care.
• Provide direct client services and group sessions on trauma, life skills, and employment readiness.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate grant development and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation in CareLogic and report program outcomes.
• Travel locally to partner sites and participate in community events.
