Responsibilities

• Participate in planning and coordination of the treatment program; maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Provide training and coordinate performance evaluations.
• Investigate grievances, injuries, or property destruction and take appropriate action.
• Participate in on-call, treatment reviews and team meetings.
• Prepare routine statistics and reports on residents and programs.
• Monitor safety and security measures; manage facilities.
• Develop recreational activity/therapy for residents.
• Dispense medication as prescribed and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and maintain treatment records and correspondence with parents and agencies.
