Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Some work experience preferred.
• 1+ years of teller or personal banker experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff.
• Accurately process transactions and new account openings in a timely and professional manner.
• Improve processes to enhance the customer experience and communicate ideas to Branch Management.
• Assess and handle retail customers’ banking needs and obtain/process customer information, including cash handling.
• Assist with opening and servicing accounts and identify cross-selling opportunities.
