Responsibilities

• Recognizes customer needs and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Participate in the bank's referral program and utilize applicable technology to show results.
• Meet referral goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly basis.
• Operate and balance a terminal and cash drawer daily.
• Process transactions: savings, checking, Holiday Savings accounts, loan payments, rent payments, money orders/official checks, and cash withdrawals.
