Job summary

Centier Bank is seeking an Universal Banker (Teller) to deliver outstanding service and support clients with a range of banking needs. You will help with deposits, withdrawals, account openings, and product recommendations, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least six months of customer service or cash handling experience preferred. Evening and weekend shifts may be required at multiple branches.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Minimum of six months customer service/cash handling experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest levels of quality service to clients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle and process client transactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and promoting bank products and services.
• Maintain balance and accurate records of cash drawers and transactions.
• Follow BSA/AML/OFAC guidelines and protect client confidentiality.
