Responsibilities

Design, verify, and install tooling and fixtures per project timeline and budget.
Draft and update tooling/fixture work instructions and records.
Transfer tooling to production and provide operator training.
Perform routine and preventive tooling maintenance; collect and analyze failures.
Improve tooling designs to reduce issues in future projects.
Research and develop new tooling based on manufacturing standards to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Install standard parts to tooling and program controls.
Resolve production technical problems and document solutions.
Other duties as assigned.
