Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above; production experience preferred.
• More than one year of experience in related production processes and technologies.
• Languages: English and/or Mandarin; ability to read/understand safety rules and instructions.
• Knowledge of manufacturing software; able to interpret internal and customer standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test new materials including but not limited to ink, silver paste, screen, cutting wheel, drill, etc.
• Compile materials process requirements according to internal and customer standards.
• Manage automation projects: quality inspection, hole inspection, transparency inspection, and laser marking system.
• Organize process improvement and troubleshoot production issues to meet internal and customer standards.
• Compile and update documents such as work instructions, process requirements, and test reports.
